First:

When we receive information (including:Nameplate, Detail products photo, and videos) from you, we will send the guiding solution, and wait for feedback. When it is not resolved, we will timely feedback to our technical engineer.

Second:

Technical engineer will reply solutions within three working days.

Third:

We will promptly follow up communication after you receive solution.

Fourth:

Finally, we will solve the problem by e-mail to confirm. If yes, we closed case; if not, we will further analyze and test until the problem is solved.

Fifth:

All problems will be raised and discussed in the technical conference quarter, to avoid future occurrence of these problems.
